We were running a busy cleaning company with frequent requests for carpet and sofa cleaning. At the time the best equipment available was extremely basic in comparison to today's standards. I first contacted Spencer as we had an infestation of fleas and I was at my wits end and so hesitant to use chemicals with small children in the house and a very sensitive son. I thought that carpet cleaning may help eradicate the problem, Spencer was very honest and said although it’s really good, in his experience the fleas can hide when they hear the vibrations of the machine and suggested that spraying the house myself first would be a better option and then a couple of days later they could come and clean the carpets and get rid of the toxins from the spray. We stayed away for the weekend

This is the third time we’ve had Spencer out now to clean our living room carpet and we also included our two sofas in the clean. Everything came up like brand new, it really makes such a difference to the overall look. Spencer is very professional and punctual too, he always replies to my messages & does a great job. I would highly recommend him & his team and will continue to use them going forwards.
