Based in Gloucester City Centre our Eastgate street building is a large site with its own car park. You can access our rear Entrance and Car Park via Eastgate Street. Nice shop however I boarded my 2 reptiles here over the Christmas holidays and unfortunately, both of them have mites. I have never had mites before and only saw I had a mite infestation after taking them back from Webbs so I know they got it there. Additionally, my snake also had a large wound on her neck which I was told may have been caused during travel but I know this is not the case. The shop has good supplies for reptiles and a wide variety but unfortunately I won't board my reptiles here again.

Nice place but unfortunately the woman who owns it is absolutely horrible. Not kid friendly at all. My daughter asked her a simple question about one of her animals and the reply she got from her was just rude. I put down the products I was going to buy and went elsewhere. Shame really as her husband and the rest of the staff are really nice. Won't be returning.

When my girl was considering whether to buy a pet or not, we are so suprised that the cashier lady told us to move on if we were for entertainment. Maybe my girl couldn't made up her mind and stay a little bit longer, but please be polite to let us know. Is it necessary to buy something when we enter your shop?If so, please write it in front of your door.

Last week my husband messaged Webbs, not expecting a response as it was out of hours, but within 1/2 an hour we had a lovely response and lots of great info. On Saturday we took our daughter into Webbs to find… out about Leopard Geckos. They answered all of my daughters questions as well as ours. They recommended what we should/ could do and advised us on what we would need. We decided there and then to go a head. Within the hour we had the viv all set up and in the back of our car and a little Leo. My daughter loves her Leo that she has named Gomez. We will definitely be returning to get

Absolutely brilliant place! So many exotics pets in the right environment! How often you see pet shops with incorrect set ups and wrong care is unfortunately to common. However this is an excellent facility. Talking to Mark was a honour, hearing about the rescue pets and how they have changed there life! Also hope all your future plans pay off!

Got given some musk turtles by a friend who didn't want them but i couldn't own them due to the fact i have no idea about them, i messaged webb's and the lovely staff took them in and gave them a proper decent set up and then showed us round the shop, it's amazing and all the reptile set ups are incredible, thank you webb's staff memebers, your all brilliant

Honestly had the best time going to Webbs today! It was very much worth the hour and a half drive to go and see the baby monitors all the other birds, frogs and reptiles ! I was like a kid in a candy shop! The fact I had the restraint not to buy a new reptile is a Miracle! I really enjoyed learning from and having such a laugh with their lovely staff!! And I will for sure be going back ! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing staff friendly and so knowledgeable, not in your face tryin to push sales on you like others do , stock is amazingly affordable not the cheapest but for the quality you do get a bargain , animals look in amazing condition you can tell they really do care about their animals welfare im just sad that I couldn't have the bearded as it was already sold 😭 lol will defo be visiting again very soon thank you for a pleasurable experience well done to all the team

I literally love this place, despite the fact I left with a salmon pink tarantula the last time I visited 😂. The staff could not have been more helpful. They told us everything we needed to know, aren’t pushy and never over sell. I have advised all my friends to go just for the experience if nothing else. Webbs you rock !!!!

2020 update, the store just seems to going from strength to strength. Excellent customer service, friendly environment and the usual high quality specimens. They now have a dedicated small domestic pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, birds) section too
Do not be dismayed by the exterior dimensions, the store seems to go on and on! Lots of exotic critters and fish ("particularly rare tank busters!") Worth a visit, lots of helpful staff.
