Here are some testimonials from patients I have seen for cosmetic and general dentistry in New Malden and Harley Street. I am very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr Lucy at the Fountain Dental Practice. My treatment was well managed and without any stress, anxiety or discomfort. I was initially concerned about the duration of my treatment but found it actually went very quickly and was certainly worth both the time and money invested.
This lady was getting married in a few months time. We were able to complete her treatment in exactly 20 weeks of Invisalign, just in time for the wedding! This lady didn't like the alignment of the teeth and the gaps. We straightened her teeth and closed the gaps with around 6 months of Invisalign treatment.
Attending for regular check-ups is always a great idea. However, there are times when people have an urgent problem. They may be travelling and out of reach of their usual dentist, or may not be able to get an appointment soon enough with their usual dentist.
And some people don't have a regular dentist at all, either because they have moved and have not got round to organizing one, or because they avoid going due to a dental phobia or due to cost issues.I am usually able to see patients at short notice and provide any urgent treatment needed. I am at the practice on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with some Saturdays.

It's always daunting going some where new - no need to feel this way when seeing Lucy. Starting with a warm welcome, I felt very comfortable as a new patient. All my treatment options and costs were carefully discussed with me before we started, in a way that was very easy to understand. I was reassured by her caring, professional and knowledgeable manner. I very highly recommend Dr Lucy Nichols for Invisalign, which I have just finished with amazing results. From consultation to completion Lucy was clear, attentive, and communicated very well to make sure my teeth were to be moved as desired. All procedures involved with the Invisalign were done to a high standard with minimal discomfort, and any further questions I had outside of scheduled appointments were responded to very quickly. From past experience, I have found it increasingly difficult to find a good dentist and yes, a good dentist is HARD to find! I actually feel rather privileged finding Dr Lucy Nichols. Not only does she care but you can also trust her to be upfront and honest, which is very rare indeed. I mean this sincerely. Dr Lucy Nichols is a master of her art and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Lucy has been my dentist for several years now and is reliable, puts you at ease, trust worthy and gives sound advice. I previously had a bad dentist experience at another practice and Lucy was able to re-build my trust in dentists and give me the advice I needed about the right course of treatment. I was a very nervous patient when a friend recommended The Fountain dentists and I've been really impressed with the friendly, sensitive and professional treatment I've had from Lucy since then. She's very thorough and explains everything carefully in such a reassuring way. At one point I needed root canal treatment and a bridge and I don't think I'd have been brave enough to let anyone else do it! Whether it's a routine check up or emergency treatment I've always been really impressed with the level of care I've received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lucy and The Fountain.

To say I was nervous about going to the dentist is an understatement and as a result my teeth were badly neglected. It was only a severe abscess which finally forced me to go. My dentist was Dr Lucy Nichols and she was fantastic. There were no lectures and she immediately put me at ease. I had to have extractions, fillings, root canals and crowns but Lucy made all of it easy both by her manner and the quality of the treatment.
