Q2 2017 will see the introduction of our third Hot Forging Press, taking our capacity up to M76 x 1500mm lg. We currently offer M6 to M52, up to 1100mm lg. Hexagon, Socket, 12 Points, and any other bespoke requirement. Combined with our in-house Spark Erosion & Heat Treatment facilities, we are able to offer Industry leading lead-times on hot forged products.

Bolt King was established in 2006. With a joint experience of over 100 years in the Special Fastener Industry, our customers can rest assured they are talking to experienced fastener engineers, with a wealth of knowledge at their disposal. Bolt King was founded by Alan Russell, who worked within the Special Fastener industry for over 40 years.
We have a comprehensive range of automated and manual machinery at our site in Telford. Our plant is suited to manufacturing special fasteners in typical batch quantities of 50 - 5000 pieces. We welcome you to visit our facility at any time for expediting purposes. Hot forging has a number of advantages over machined product, particularly headed fasteners, such as Special Hexagon Bolts and Socket Head Capscrews.
Bolt King manufactures special bolts and nuts to customer's drawings, or to international standards. We are also enjoy undertaking reverse engineering projects. Our special fasteners are used in safety critical applications throughout the globe, from gas turbines refurbishment projects in Aberdeen, to offshore oil platform installations in the Pacific Ocean, to automotive line-stops in Northern Italy.
Bolt King is a UK Manufacturer of Hexagon Bolts. We can offer hot forged Hex Bolts from M6 - M52, and CNC bar-turned products from M4 - M200. We manufacture to International Standards, as well as customer's drawings. As well as standard Alloy and Stainless steels, we love working with the exotics, including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium and many more.
INCONEL alloys are a family of austenitic nickel-chromium-based superalloys, often used in high temperature applications, such as the Aerospace and Gas Turbine industries. Here at Bolt King we have many years of experience working with INCONEL, producing both precision turned and hot forged INCONEL fasteners.
