Lovely chap, came out well within 24 hours of phoning. Diagnosed the problem on the phone. Whole job in less than half an hour. Slightly above the price we expected to pay but that's the price for efficiency and expertise.

Jon responded very quickly when my fridge freezer broke down. He came out and diagnosed the problem the same day, returning to fit the part as soon as he received it. He then stayed for a while to make sure it was all working properly and checked the following day that all was still well. He was pleasant and in these times of social distancing respectful of those requirements at all times, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Called John on Sunday afternoon as my fridge could not get below 15 degrees and just done the weekly shop. He came out on Monday morning diagnosed the fault within 5 minutes and with my permission ordered the required parts. He called me Tuesday to confirm the parts had been delivered and arrived when agreed, the following morning. Dismantled my side by side fridge freezer with no mess created, installed the new parts and finsished the whole job in 40 minutes. Fantastic service and couldn't recommend enough. A full 5 stars!!!
