All EPCs are carried out by James, a fully qualified energy assessor who is accredited with Elmhurst, the UK's largest accreditation scheme for energy assessors.

Thank you. Very happy with my legionnaires risk assessment. The government specifies you need one for letting and whilst in theory you could do one yourself this would involve reading around the subject, doing the survey yourself and the effort to create a risk assessment (you need proof). Much easier to pay someone with experience to do a professional job. Detailed, reasonably priced report coming with a few useful recommendations.

James was excellent. Accommodated me on a public holiday at short notice. I needed a couple of items PAT tested and it turned out one had a loose earth cable which he tightened and got the job done in good time. I would have no hesitation recommending James.

James came out to do a legionella's risk assessment and a PAT testing certificate for me. He was prompt in replying to emails and professional. I received my certificates the very next day after he visited the flat. There was a small issue with the address of the flat but James rectified it very promptly. I recommend his services.

I have nothing but good words to say about UK PAT Ltd. We needed someone to come and visit us on a day when everyone, including our home workers, could be in the office and they quickly responded to emails and were very flexible when we had to change the date. The quote was amazing value for money and on the day, the gentleman who came along was very professional and got on with the job independently so we were able to continue our team day without disruption. We will definitely be using them again!
