Panarc International Ltd was formed in 1978 as a media consultancy company. It started life and spent its early years pioneering techniques of media coverage analysis. Then, in the 1990s, it began to research and publish factual books on behalf of its governmental clients. In 2002, the company took its first tentative steps as an independent publisher, producing a hardback, 28 page illustrated version of The Tortoise and the Hare in verse.

The book was published by Impacon Ltd (at that time the UK end of Panarc's international business). In 2004, Panarc published the most recent edition of 'Modernity and Tradition', an authoritative text book on the economic and social development of Saudi Arabia from 1932 to 2000. Today, Panarc Publishing is expanding its operations, producing and marketing books for a growing list of writers.
Services
Panarc International uses its own computer programmes to analyse and evaluate media coverage of its clients. We have three main media evaluation programmes. Max is Panarc's main media coverage analysis computer programme, which, with the help of our clients, has been developed and refined over the last 23 years to a point where its flexibility and analytical power are unrivalled.
In the last 30 years, Panarc has provided media coverage or issue analysis services to most UK government departments, many leading UK companies and a number of foreign governments. As an adjunct to Issue Analysis, Panarc maintains a separate website, the Third Rock Forum.

Our purpose is to provide intelligent, thoughtful and concerned individuals anywhere in the world with the opportunity to make constructive contributions to debates about local, national or global issues.Go to the Third Rock Forum website Forum (www.thirdrockforum.org).
Our Issue Analysis service is a consultancy based on our media coverage analysis work. The service is used by governmental and commercial clients who have to deal with complex issues. It is offered to Chief Executives, Heads of Corporate Communications, Market Research Managers and Planning Managers who would find it helpful to have a systematic, informed and independent analysis of key issues affecting their organisations.
Docupraxis is a Project Management program designed to help the user to maintain control of any number of complex projects. In the implementation of any project, there is inevitably a need to manage a number of activities. The ADF allows you to set up and maintain a library of all documents relating to the project in a folder held within the DocuPraxis project.
You can use any number of inserts in a project and, indeed, on a single Workpage. For example, the commonest combination of inserts is an Address insert followed by a Notes insert. This combination allows you to set up a database in which you can record all contact details in the Address insert/s, and details of all your dealings with the contact in the Notes insert.
