I Dealt with Dan Homer, who seemed friendly, courteous and professional.
Unfortunately, the work they did replacing a screen on my W126 500SE was horrendous. To begin with, they fitted the wiper arms the wrong way around. I then found that they had damaged a painted grille below the windsreen, which was covered with dents caused by a clumsy attempt to pry the wiper arms off. The damage was eventually repaired, when I was able to provide before and after photographs. They also sprayed an air freshener into the cabin that I did not request - months later I have still not been able to get rid of
