Forest Heart Acupuncture
My name is Tracey Underhill-Law. I am a fully-qualified acupuncturist and naturopath, practicing naturopathic acupuncture. I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council. I offer home visits to some patients. I have been practicing Acupuncture since qualifying with BSc (Hons) from the University of Westminster in 2003.

Prior to my degree, I trained as a nurse and have continued to practice for over 30 years. I have a good understanding of both Western and Eastern medicine. I have also trained in Naturopathy in London at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. Since qualifying in 2012. I taught at the college for 5 years and was Acupuncture Course Director for 3 years.
Services
As a fully qualified Acupuncturist & Naturopath with over 11 years experience, I have treated many patients throughout the New Forest area. Having also been a nurse for since 1987 and still work in mental health. I have a good understanding of both Western and Eastern medicine and am fully covered to practice acupuncture through the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ATCM) - an official UK governing body.
I work alongside two osteopaths and we tend to see a lot of people with musculoskeletal problems. I specialise in this area and have a multi faceted approach to people getting well, or helping them manage chronic problems. The way I work is from a Traditional Chinese Medical model and use of naturopathic principles.
The Natural Dispensary is an independent Nutritional Supplement Mail Order Company dedicated to Practitioners and their Clients by referral. With over 12,000 Practitioner prescribed products under one roof, the aim is to provide an efficient one stop service. Tracey may recommend supplements. If that is the case, you will receive an email from The Natural Dispensary and you can order from the shopping cart.
The therapies I have learned are nutrition, herbal medicine, iridology (diagnostic tool, looking at the eye to identify constitutional weakness or strengths), flower essences, homeopathy, fasting, detoxification and tissue salts. Instead of 'one shoe fits all' approach of modern medicine, naturopathy sees that each person has a unique bio-chemical make up.
Many students / participants are acupuncture patients, although many come purely to relax and unwind. I have been training in the art of T'ai Chi Chuan since 1986 and I have been teaching since 1995. It is a system of exercise which is gentle, yet very beneficial to emotional and physical wellbeing and helps with balance and co-ordination.
