Really great experience with Cotswold Remedial Services and Matthew who provided some really helpful information and advice on the problem we were experiencing. His experience and expertise allowed him to diagnose our problem and ultimately recommend that his services were no longer needed, meaning we were able to fix the problem ourselves and save ourselves some money. He could have easily recommended that he complete the work but he didn't do that which shows his integrity levels. Would highly recommend to others.

I chose Matthew's company by trawling through Google reviews. I don't live at the property so I needed someone I felt I could trust to be reliable and take good care of it. The professionalism of the company was excellent and the response to any queries was timely. I wanted a 10 year guarantee and the GPI cover for a little bit extra was worth it to me. The property has been well taken care of with floor coverings in place. Matthew discovered some evidence of a past problem in the ceiling which he investigated further but has left the ceiling in a good state of repair at no extra cost. Would highly

He was highly organised and paid great attention to detail. He was courteous and respectable at all times both to us and to our property. Nothing was too much trouble. We had Cotswold Remedial Services (Matthew) carry out work on our living room. We live in a red brick Victorian townhouse and we had bad rising damp along 3 walls. They took it back to brick, treated and re-plastered and it looks great. There is also insurance backing to the work. Matthew and team were knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. Would recommend.
