We have a highly-trained team with a wealth of experience across health and social care sectors and an unwavering work ethic that makes everyone feel special. No day is ever the same and each resident has the freedom to choose from activities that are strategically combined to create a positive influence.
Chilton Croft offers expert dementia, specialist high-dependency nursing and constant care services for residents from the age of sixty years. Our understanding and compassionate service is open to long-term needs, as well as day care, short break respite and palliative care - each individual is treated with the utmost respect to meet their specific requirements during a time that can often be confusing and challenging.
Chilton Croft is privately owned, which allows us to always put residents first and adapt swiftly to every potential need. Our 32 single rooms, soon to be extended to 39 with the exciting addition of new accommodation, are created for comfort and safety. Each room is fitted with a call button, television point, landline, mobile phone and internet access.
