Was ridiculous how far it was from the touring park to empty your rubbish

Well kept campsite and under the present climate due to covid we are unable to use the facilities and when all the restrictions have ended we will be able to use them hopefully on our next visit. The campsite is looking across Loch Fyne to the mountains beyond. It's a very picturesque site.

Covid rules sadly reduced facilities, no shower rooms or toilets open but are on site. Beautiful views of the lake, clean and big site for vans caravans and campers, also static caravans there. I did see signs saying no tents... There's a bar restaurant near entrance and a woodland walk near bye... Lovely place and really enjoyed it here. Very accommodating

Worked with Tracy and her team on buying a new Caravan. Process was fantastic from start to finish. This is the 2nd Caravan purchased @Argyll, albeit the last one was over ten years ago. I’ve had caravans on several parks throughout the UK, Tracy and her team, coupled with the site, are 2nd to none.

Really enjoyed our motorhome stay on the touring field. Good level pitch with ehu and water and lovely location overlooking Loch Fyne, perfect for exploring nearby Inveraray. We had our bikes with us and… really enjoyed the cycle, through a field and along the edge of the golf course, in to Inveraray each day. There were a few other tourers and motorhomes in over the weekend and it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. Helpful friendly reception staff and we also enjoyed a drink in Skippers, the on-site bar. Food looked good too! We’re looking forward to returning later in

For one night the motorhome pitches are OK. For any longer you are allotted a pitch number where the pitches are behind the one nighters and are VERY close, so if the next pitch puts up an awning you are just a couple of feet from them. Also they allow cars to park next to then so there is no space. Very poor privacy. When we stayed there were usually only about 6 motorhome but they were all allotted pitches together, despite 60 pitches being available. There is only one waste emptying point and one chemical toilet disposal point for 60 pitches - that would ve dreadful if they were full. The site

This site is very run down, the touring area is a total disgrace and really is not fit for purpose . pitch sizes are to narrow and the access road into them are narrow and overgrown no toilets are open not because of covid restrictions but because they are not plumbed in. the so called services are not finished, where you dispose of toilet waste… if a bit confusing. Seemingly this used to be a excellent site when the Duke of Argyll ran it but since his daughter took over it has become very run down. This is such a shame as the location is beautiful so much could be down if in the right hands

Argyll caravan park is near a loch which is absolutely beautiful. The site seemed very clean, though I wasn't sure about the shower block because it was closed due to COVID 19. Next door is Argyll adventure, a horse place. They are very friendly people there and have lovely tame horses. I went on a pony trek near the loch which makes it even more pleasant. The caravan site also has static caravans.

The touring caravan site is set in stunning scenery and the views are wonderful. The site is well set out with large pitches all facing Loch Fyne. We spent two nights there on our way to the Isle of Arran but despite my previous comments I would add that the chemical waste disposal point was disgusting. Such a pity to let the site down when everything else is so positive.

Excellent friendly staff. Great for facilities for single and family parties traveling further or making this park a base camp.
Clean, toilet blocks and showers.
Electric and water at hand on all pitches.
Easy drive in, drive off pitches for those new to this game.
Will definitely come back later in the year.

A large well laid out site, water and power on every pitch. Only one toilet block with two toilets, two showers and three sinks, old fashioned and not enough. In the pouring rain it is a long walk to the facilities. There is no wifi!! You have to drive 700 mts to the reception to get on line, in 2018 that is ludicrous. For the money I should be able to go online from my caravan. The best things are, water always hot and the staff are super friendly

We stayed here a couple of nights - interjected by 4 days elsewhere on our tour of Scotland - and both times we showed up late (after 10pm).
Both times it was absolutely no problem for them.
First time we were simply told to grab a pitch a pay in the morning.
Second time we were much later (11.15pm) but managed to catch the bar owner, who helped us out and again was very friendly and relaxed about us grabbing a pitch to get our heads down.
In the morning I checked with reception and they were very chilled out about it all and told us if we were in that predicament again, we were just to sort
