We have a range of products and services available for all types of commercial catering businesses, ranging from full kitchen design and installation to repairs and servicing. We can supply and install a huge range of commercial kitchen appliances either to fit into existing kitchen set ups or we can provide a complete kitchen re-design if required.
The Gastronomy range are developed for users who require a flexible and multipurpose tool. This range fits perfectly into all types of kitchen environment- from the classic fish and chip Friday in schools across the country to refined fine dining in Michelin starred restaurants- this range will meet your needs.

Having used these ovens a few times now I can honestly say why would you use anything else! They cook everything really evenly and is consistent on all shelves there are no hot spots like most ovens. It really simple to use, really clear digital colour screen, and it cleans itself what more could you ask for.
Highly recommended these ovens and sime catering - really lovely staff and happy to help and support you with any of your equipement needs!

I cannot recommend Kevin Sime, & his company highly enough in analysing, and rectifying whatever electrical problem I have within my company.
His response is quick, his work is first class, always extremely friendly, however yet very professional, & was a pleasure to work with.
I have no hesitation in recommending him, & his company to others, & would most definitely call him again should the occasion rise.

I’ve worked with the team at Sime Catering for nearly 6 years now and they are a fantastically run family business. I’ve passed them a number of sales leads for opportunities in the West and East Midlands and every time they’ve delivered an unrivalled package to the customer - offering site survey, alterations to existing services, installation, commissioning and then ongoing superior after sales support.
