After gaining widely recognised industry qualifications at Chichester and Portsmouth Universities at BTEC HND level, Director - Barny Ragless spent many years in employment with one of the largest local groundwork companies in the Chichester area. Providing setting out, estimating, procurement and management services for projects varying in value from tens, to hundreds of a thousand pounds.
From commercial to residential or industrial, to both public and private sectors. In 2007 a team of seven operatives branched out and were employed by one of the best known and most respected family run building contractors on the south coast, John C Lillywhites of Chichester (JCL). The team led by Barny oversaw groundwork, landscaping and civils contracts ranging in value from 5,000 to 500,000.
