As fully licensed waste carriers we are available to dispose of any non-hazardous items where home clearance or garage clearance is required. As part of our competitive price promise, any items that hold any kind of resale value will be offset against the price of our house clearance service on your invoice.
We offer low cost, convenient long or short term storage solutions at our facilities in Littlehampton, West Sussex. With 24 hour CCTV and a key fob entry gate, our storage is extremely safe and secure. All of our Sussex storage units have their own individual lock. For storage of your house, office or even garage please contact to arrange a quote and/or viewing of units to get an idea of sizing.
For all Removals that require a packing service and/or, have more complex details, i.e sale and purchase, so a wait for keys, or a long distance move. Please call to arrange a quotation visit. Also, we reserve the right to charge extra for weekend moves. Prices quoted are for 1, 2 or 3 man with a van teams.

Scott and Wesley from More than Clearance were very professional in their whole approach. Initial response to our request was next day with a very reasonable quote. The job was completed at the time and price quoted, going the extra mile to return a few days later to pick up the carpet and underlay that couldn't be cleared previously. Response to email and phone calls was excellent throughout and their dealings with us were always very polite, considerate and friendly. Recommended.

I recently used more than clearance for a house move and I am more than happy with the service they provided
They were extremely professional and in my view very fairly priced.
The whole team were polite and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help even going above and beyond what was asked of them.
They were punctual and had everything needed to protect all my belongings in the move.

Wesley and Scott managed to meet our complicated house move needs at every stage. There was a lot to pack and move but this proved no problem for the company. Furthermore, despite a late completion on the day, Wesley, Scott and the team remained incredibly upbeat and had us installed in our new home with lightning speed and attention to detail. All the team were courteous and friendly and we can recommend their services without hesitation.

Wesley, Scott and George did a fantastic job with a minimum of fuss, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They worked quickly but diligently, and weren't phased when the deconstruction of two wardrobes we had proved more tricky than anticipated. They also were happy to assist with the moving of a sofa once the job had been completed.

Cannot praise the service highly enough, from discussing the requirements to the pick up and installation. Very friendly and helpful arrangement with Wesley beforehand, and by the two friendly guys attending on the day. Swift and careful removal, speedy and safe transfer and careful delivery and installation at the new address. Helpfully assisted in disassembling the bed base when it couldn't be negotiated up the stairs, and reassembled in situ. Great guys, great service! Highly recommended!.
