Got to be the most unhelpful, uninterested place I have ever been to.
I feel like somebody had threatened the man I spoke to prior to walking in and told him to put me off buying from him.
From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome.
Integrity is a rare thing and I didn’t find it in this business today.
I think personally you should shut your business down, saves you the hassle of doing something …. Actually! You had the door locked, you were angry at me coming in coz you’re so lazy.
Integrity, look it up, ask yourself if you have it after today’s exchange

I heard of EmbroidMe through a friend as the company he works for uses EmbroidMe. I tend to do my my research on any company I order or buy from, and I was impressed. Right from the very beginning I was dealt with by Jilesh, his knowledge, confidence and advise was second to none. I had embroidery logo's I needed on a Polo shirt (they have a huge selection Polo's and different materials) which he helped with, he also tweaked the logo to reduce costs and maintain clarity of the image I wanted embroidering. I usually don't write reviews, however EmbroidMe in Chessington were absolutely remarkable, they produced some very high end Nimbus Jackets for our Sales Team with our logo. Absolutley bad company/ very negative management at EmbroidedMe. Do not use their services! Manager wanted to fight me, he told me to come into their shop to 'talk' Obviously he wanted to punch me as i told him he is a not good manager of the shop amd i'm very disappointed of their work. They wanted to charge me two times because of they emboided our company logo wrong.. absolutley different color then on the transparent file.
I had to wait 1 month to embroide only 5 t shirts amd i paid £150 pounds!
They never called me when the t-shirts were ready. I had to call them to ask.

We recently ordered uniforms for our staff, along with Promtional items for our business. Previously we used another company locally, however we discovered EmbroidMe. On our first contact, the gentleman handled our enquiry in a very professional manner. Their products were of good quality, most importantly their printing on clothing and embroidery was exceptional compared to our previous supplier, as they say ' Quality isnt cheap, and cheap isnt always quality'.
