What a find.we were there for 2 days for crufts( only 15 mins drive away). We had rm7 on ground floor.lovelywarm room.comfy bed.full sized bathroom.full sized fridge plus microwave and kettle.everything you need .we were greeted by a lovely young man.met ronnie the owner he was lovely.help yourself breakfast at a time to suit you,no dishes to do as they have a dishwasher .will definitely be back next year.thanks for a lovely stay.will be recommending you to all.

Beautiful place to stay. Safe and intimate from the outskirts of Birmingham. Right in between Sutton-Coldfield & Erdington. It has the feel and comfort of home instead of the hotel. In my room, I had a microwave and a small fridge. You don't even get that in a hotel room. My only regret is that my stay was very short (6 days). Ask for the weekly rates. But I had a beautiful visit in Birmingham. Thanks to Ronnie for making it a jewel in the crown. Sutton Guest House is worth a visit. You may not want to leave. Very Classy! Hopefully will make a return visit from the United States.

Great stays here, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It feels very safe for a lone female traveller. The kitchen is really well stocked. There is parking right outside and a brief walk to all amenities. Highly recommended.
