I cannot recommend this beauty salon for ear piercing. Had them done 4 weeks ago - one piercing is fine but the other one never healed properly, was permanently infected and this is due to the fact that it was pierced in an upwards angle rather than straight. Very nice beautician but sadly I do not think her strength was ear piercing and I think it would have helped if the room was better lit, rather than the low lighting conducive to facials and massages etc. I shall now have to go to the dr's as an abscess has formed in the ear lobe which will require antibiotics. Such a pity ............

Service was diabolical, quality disappointing. Treatment was not satisfactory so I attempted and finally spoke to management. Every pointer I mentioned was answered with a sarcastic answer. Management insulted me and my voucher receipient as she questioned and doubted everything I said. I must stress that the lady that conducted the treatment was pleasant, the quality was simply lacking. When I visited the salon I was politely refunded by the lady behalf the reception. The manager however took this opputunity to question me further. She made out that by giving me a refund she was doing me a favour
