When I founded Kings back in 1991, with Thomas Paine, we had a simple vision: to build an Estate and lettings Agency focused on outstanding customer service. Really great experience with Kings. Sam, Hasan and Daniel tirelessly worked to get us a buyer after two different buyers pulled out last minute. I was given the best service of my life by Sophie Lyon. These lady nailed it from start to finish. The moment she showed me a flat i said i loved it she messages the landlord and got back to me same day. she mailed me from 5pm to 12am, never seen an agent work so had like that before. she really deserve an accolades... she was very calm, patience, professional, encouraging, stress free, a goal getter, and enthusiastic. i wouldn't have gotten the property without her help updating me all the way and step by step.
