We have used Lloyd over the years for various bits but most recently to install our new boiler which he also moved to a new location in the basement, a downstairs loo, changed our radiators, installed our new kitchen appliances (including waste disposal) and replaced all our old lead pipes. Each of these jobs we are extremely happy with and would recommend Staunch & Flow in a heartbeat. I have Lloyd on speed dial and am so grateful that we have found a reliable plumber who is always happy to advise and help.

I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had.

I have used Staunch & Flow over some years now and find all their team members very efficient and professional, and very considerate, polite and helpful. It is therefore doubly unfortunate that Mr Morgan of 8 Abbotsbury Close was mistaken in reporting that a van parked outside his house - it was outside no 15 who had kindly authorised me to direct the driver park there briefly any time while my work was completed.
