Discount Equestrian is a family-run business set up over a decade ago with one aim - to make life easier for horse riders and owners. As long-term horse owners ourselves we have exceptional knowledge of what's involved and we're committed to keeping your costs as low as possible. We operate out of premises in Hartlepool, providing a complete retail and online service where customer satisfaction is key.

We believe in being approachable, so whether you want to drop into our shop, give us a call or send us an email, we're always on hand on to offer advice and assistance. All of our staff own horses, so we're perfectly placed to answer any queries you might have about any of the products we stock. We have everything you could possibly need for your equine partner, from tack to stable toys and field accessories.

They are very honest, explained and apologised for the delay, and it was a very good reason.
No sooner than I had my explanation, my parcel was swiftly delivered, the same day. A pretty good service and will definitely order from Discount Equestrian again

Absolutely shocking service having ordered 4 weeks ago. Zero communication. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with them and still haven't received my goods

Do not order from these liars.
I ordered boots for my daughter in October still not arrived.
No communication from the company unless you chase and every time it's been a case of "stock is just coming in". They should try and sell online if they can't manage stock and customer care. My advice shop elsewhere.

Do not order! They still owe me £130 for items returned. They have just been repeatedly ignoring my emails, appalled with the way they are treating me. 7 weeks ago I returned, DPD have confirmation of return to them and yet they continue to ignore me. Very sad that there's not more protection for buyers when companies just decide to steal money from you and then ignore you. What am I supposed to do? They might as well have taken the cash from my pocket on the street.

I placed my order and paid for shipping that guaranteed delivery between 1 to 5 working days. It took 10 working days for my delivery to come. I emailed and emailed to chase it and was told that my delivery would come the next day, it did not and when I was told someone would look into what was happening and they would get back to me, they never did.
Once I received my order, part off it was missing and never was I informed that part of it would not be delivered.
Really bad customer experience and I will not be using them again.

Still awaiting my delivery that should've come between 1-5 working days and still has not arrived. When I emailed they stated they had been posted days ago and would take it up with royal mail and send me another pair out. I had to email again 3 days later to ask when they would be dispatched, they then dispatched a pair that should have already arrived by now and have not. Will not order from them again. Staff are not helpful.

The most useless, incompetent, non communicative company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid at all costs if you like customer satisfaction. I dont usually order from these tin pot companies and now I know why. YOU ARE USELESS
