We are an award winning multi-service sales and marketing consultancy dedicated to the new homes market. The company was established in 2009 by founding director Helen Todd. Her aim was to bridge the gap between new homes and land estate agency and to provide house builders with the option of accessing a flexible, dynamic and highly motivated team to act as their own in-house sales and marketing department.
As founding Director of Stubbings Property Marketing, Helen identified a niche in the market for a business to act on behalf of housebuilders without their own in-house sales and marketing personnel, or who wanted to enhance their existing team with an external resource. Helen has over 25 years of experience in new build property, and immediately prior to establishing Stubbings she spent 10 years as Sales and Marketing Director for Linden Homes.
