Today's glass in vehicles is extremely tough. But on average a driver will experience a damaged or cracked windscreen once every seven years. In most vehicles the side and rear windows are made of toughened glass which will shatter on impact. Windscreens however, are laminated, which means they won't 'shatter'.

After being told by autoglass and national windscreen that the side panel for my 51 Fiesta was unobtainable and obsolete I contacted A1 hoping they could help. Rang in Friday and the new window was fitted by 9.30 am on Saturday. Excellent service and i won’t hesitate to use them again.

Having been let down by two other companies, rang A1 on Friday and arranged for today. Phil rang this morning and was there within 15 mins. Job done inside 30mins, really pleased and can now get back on the road.

WORST company EVER fitted the WRONG window after advising it would be okay to go to my dealer and order a new mirror who advised me they can’t do so and that A1 should change the window they fitted as it was WRONG. A1 have continued to blank the phone after raising the issue and block my number the WORST service proper cowboys

Thank you so much to the technician who fitted my passenger door window this morning .. nothing was too much trouble and he very kindly hoovered up the glass from all over the car where it had been damaged. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing replacement glass up their car !

Fantastic service. The men were prompt, polite and very efficient in fitting me a new windscreen. I booked in towards the end of the working day and I requested if it could be fitted first thing the following day as I had to be in Manchester for uni commitments. The lads were very understanding and arrived at around 9:30am, finished by 10:15. They… advised me on aftercare, precautions whilst driving as I had to set off almost immediately. Dealt with Phil over the phone, he was very honest, flexible and managed to sort two other workers to come out to me on the same day, at the time I requested. Cheapest quote I could find when researching, and they were very quick and tidy when fitting my new rear windscreen.
