Ordered a limo for my daughters 16th Birthday along with her friends. She had a great time, limo arrived early and waited. The chauffeur was great very friendly. Excellent service definetly recommend. Thank you to Paul who made my booking with a small deposit. The limo was great. Brilliant service! Booked limousine hire for my daughter’s 18th birthday surprise.. The driver was very professional, friendly, polite and courteous. He arrived promptly, on time and he was very patient with us! We had a 1 hour mini tour, as well as balloons and a complimentary bottle of champagne all inclusive for a very reasonable price. Excellent value for money! This was an outstanding deal compared to other companies I had quotations from. Overall, I am very pleased indeed and so was my daughter 😊. I would most definitely use Platinum Ride again and would strongly recommend their services

I booked a 13 seater excursion with this company for 10 people from Croydon to Epsom (single trip) for my friend's birthday. For £220 we were promised a complimentary bottle of champagne and a hour cruise, which were very happy with. I read the other good reviews and thought that it was a good company but it was proved to me that its was not the case.
When discussing our plans over the phone with the man who I assumed owned the company (i don't know his name) I got the impression that he didn't really care about what we wanted and seemed very uninterested. His responses were very non nonchalant

We hired a limo to take our son and family up to Mayfair Register office for his wedding from Carshalton, south London. Our driver was exceptional, so helpful and courteous and patiently waited while we took pictures before starting on our trip. When we hit a standstill in the traffic due to an accident ahead, he managed to turn the huge limo and divert to another route to ensure we got to our destination on time. Huge respect for his driving skills and huge thanks for getting us to Mayfair with time to spare.
