I stumbled across Kingfisher by accident, but the service I received has been world class. I am based in the south of the UK and had apprehensions about sending my Bitmain L3+ antminer to Hartlepool. I need not have worried. I received constant phone calls of support and guidance from Darren the owner. He is a top chap who knows what he is talking about. And bent over backwards to accommodate my needs.

5 star service from Nathan and Darren, ran into a major booting issue with my laptops SSD where it wouldnt come on or load windows. I dropped it off at 11am and had it back for 1pm and its as fast as when it first came out of the box !! and most importantly he recovered all of my music files, even though I had created a backup a few weeks ago there was still stuff I would of lost if he wasnt able to save it from its current state. Could not reccomend them enough for any of your PC/Laptop needs !

My 8 year old IMac desktop computer just stopped booting up for no apparent reason, Devastated to say the least, took it to the Apple shop and they had it for three days. Received the phone call advising that the Apple Mac was un able to be repaired. They had spent a considerable amount of time trying to take it back to factory setting and also trying to run anti virus soft water to no avail. The some total was buy a new Mac and they would recycle my old unit. I brought it home and was advised to take it to Kingfisher computers in Church Street Hartlepool and speak to Nathan and Darren. I was impressed

Me and my partner took his computer in to see what was wrong with it after it just stopped coming on, first impressions were very professional, he explained things even I could understand, and I'm not one to understand much about computer parts lol, very knowladgable, usually going to repair places they leave push products on you or don't know what they are doing but this place is awesome and never left me feeling negative about anything we left the shop feeling satisfied immediately, even though we took it in yesterday morning, we were told it was up and ready AND upgraded all in a few short hours

I reached out to Kingfisher Computers to buy a computer/ a graphics card in the midst of a shortage in graphic cards across the world. It was one of the most refreshing conversations I have ever had with a company. Darren replied to my request very quickly and offered to have a chat to discuss my situation. Darren wasn’t trying to make a sale but give me the best advice he could and advise what I should do which notably wasn’t going to lead to a sale.
