Not genuine parts. They tried to re-repair my mac four times and failed because their replacement parts are not fit for purpose (cheap & not made by Apple). They wanted to charge me again saying I had damaged the device. Then they proved themselves that it wasn’t damaged. Branded like Apple but have nothing to do with them. Took 7 months just to get my money and mac back. It’s a scam.

I actually can’t recommend iSquad enough. As a company, they could help me fix my iPad when other companies couldn’t even give me a proper diagnosis. I had an issue with the tiniest of bolts and it took a while but we got there! I appreciate all the testing that the team did for me before even suggesting what could be done; other companies looked… at it shrugged and gave me a number. I originally went to Isquad to repair the broken glass on the back of my iphone XR, all was fixed for a couple of months. Then all of a sudden my phone restarts and is completely unusable as it is displaying a messaging saying "battery not genuine apple battery" this was surprising as the battery was not touched. I took it to apple and they had… said that when the repair was done, the phone was not repaired fully and left unstable. I then contacted Isquad again who was more than helpful at the time, I posted the phone back to them as they said I could not get a refund on the glass replacement

I visited the store this afternoon as I was having issues with the charging socket on my phone - I went in fully prepared to pay the cost (and wait the time) to have it replaced. The guy in the store took my phone upstairs, gave the socket a good clean and fixed the problem for free. I’ll definitely be returning when I have other issues!

I went to iSquad after being told that my phone had a motherboard issue that could’ve cost me a lot of money- on the same day I brought my phone to them, they assessed it, found that it only needed a screen change and I got it fixed and collected it the same day! The team are friendly, helpful and super time efficient. I can’t thank them enough, now I have my phone back and it is in great condition 😁

Absolutely amazing service These guys saved a very expensive set of gaming headphones that I broke by accident which belonged to my son.. made my day due to saving them and my sons because he can continue to play and interact with his mates!!!
