We prevent and resolve maintenance issues to keep buildings working and compliant and their tenants happy and safe, all with the minimum disruption, which makes landlords happy too. We offer a full range of building services, providing and managing everything required to keep a building working and compliant.
An apprenticeship with us is a great opportunity to gain rewarding practical experience, well-respected professional qualifications and the skills to build a successful career, all whilst earning a wage. You'll spend at least 12 months working with us to achieve your qualification. The time will be made up of on-the-job practical learning, skills training and a study element.

We are currently looking for a Contract Supervisor, with a good technical understanding of building and the ability to organise a team effectively, to join our Fabrics Division, working on commercial properties mainly in London.
Mechanical and electrical (M&E) planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) plus contracts covering all aspects of routine, reactive and emergency maintenance. We believe that the very best way to keep buildings working efficiently and cost effectively is to identify and correct preventable maintenance issues in the building and its assets before they escalate.

DVBS are a pleasure to work with! Competent and efficient and always amazing results when carrying out and completing works in my building. I work as an Assistant Building Manager in a 24 floored commercial building and trying to think of a negative comment to say would be like trying to draw blood out of a stone... Impossible! We use them very often in our building and due to the professional manner and great service they deliver, we will continue to work with them
