Had Cure in to do some water damage repair work through insurance, every step of the process has been an issue getting hold of them and getting responses, when the eventually arrived to do the work, they said that the damage was worse than expected and they needed to contact our insurer to get a re-evaluation, we have had no responses from them since as no seems to pick up the phone in their offices nor respond to e-mails. They came to do the work 6 weeks ago, no sign of them since.

Cure Restoration are the approved company used by my Mother's insurance company (Claims Consortium). They were tasked with repairing/replacing my Mother's shower in early April 2021. It took them over 2 months to source a shower door which they failed to achieve. They then booked 3 visits to carry out the repair/replacement and failed to attend. They finally arrived (4th appointment) on 22nd July only to have brought a shower tray which was too small and didn't even cover the lino flooring which was previously tucked under the old shower tray. I dealt with the Nottingham branch through my insurance, from the first person who came out called Jay who measured everything up,Leila who I dealt with in the office, the two lads who came and done all the repairs and everybody else who was involved I can say what a top company, good workmanship and I was treated well by everybody involved in the job. Highly recommended
