Wow! I just had a very speedy resolution to my photocopier issue. I emailed out to a few copier maintenance places yesterday asking for assistance with an old Olivetti MF360 that had started to crease the pages when printing.
I only heard back from EBM and they were here today and had my copier fixed and parts replaced within the hour.There was also a sheet of paper wrapped around and stuck to a roller in the very high temperature area - just a massive fire risk.
So glad I called them and so glad they were able to help so quickly and professionally.

As a small business, when our internet failed we tried to sort it ourselves and lost so much time. EBM was our first thought when we knew we needed help and wow, both the customer service and the outcome they have given us have been superb. After experiencing blue screen shut down problems, I spoke with the technical people at Currys PC World who told me it was a hard drive problem and that I needed a new PC.
After spending hundreds of pounds on a new computer, the same problem occurred after 4 days. I again spoke with Know How at Currys and they told me to reset the PC which I did.
I then rang EBM to arrange for the photocopier to be set up again. I spoke with Daryll.
He asked what my problem had been and he told me the blue screen was due to a problem update from Microsoft and that a new PC was not necessary. He spent a long

EBM have been looking after our printer fleet for 4 months now and they have delivered a fabulous service. EBM responded to our first equipment failure quickly and had the device back in service within 24 hours and they even offered to provide a replacement printer. Their service offer is the best I have ever come across in the 20+ years I have been purchasing print support services. This company is absolutely brilliant. The customer service and communication is excellent. If you need a product\service they provide do contact them. St Mary's Church in Wivenhoe has recently purchased a photocopier and when you have multiple users it needs to be very easy to use. The training session given by EBM was very comprehensive which made the change from one machine to another really simple.
