Sargeant Carpets Bognor Regis is an independent family carpet business which has been trading in Bognor Regis since it was opened in 1986. Mike and Brenda were soon joined by their two sons in the family business. Youngest son Craig came on board in 1988 as an apprentice installer at the tender age of 16.
Since then he has gradually worked his way up, learning every aspect of the trade, and is now joined by his own son, Joshua, extending the traditional family business even further. Craig Sargeant provided incredible customer service and managed to fit me in at short notice so that the measuring was done on the Friday and the carpets laid Saturday morning. The fitter that came to measure and fit the carpet was brilliant - he was on time and got on with the job as soon as he arrived. The carpets are lovely and I'm very pleased with everything. Superb job and I would highly recommend them.

I have been very impressed with Craig Sargeant and his team. From the start Craig's friendly manner put me at my ease. His shop has a huge range of carpets for all price brackets and all uses. He offered impartial advice which I found invaluable as I really didn't know what I was looking for. He was also extremely patient with installation, due to unforeseen building works I had to delay installation twice and he kindly accommodated with no pressure put upon me.
The fitters (one of which was his son) were great, polite and so tidy! I am over the moon with the carpet I chose and how it looks in my home. I highly recommend Craig Sargeant and his team at Sargeant Carpets.

Had the whole house recarpeted (7 rooms plus hallways and stairs), it was a big job. As one would expect, the carpets look and feel good but we were particularly impressed by the fitters work ethic and the organisation, by Craig Sergeant. The whole project took just over day and a half in hot conditions (we had expected 3 days). A skip was organised to take the old carpets (skip delivered the day before and removed morning after completion) and Craig put 5 fitters on the job first day to break the back of it with 3 returning on the second day to complete it. The fitters were great, including moving a lot of heavy furniture, and worked diligently throughout the process. Very impressed.

Craig Sargeant welcomed me into the showroom and asked what I was looking for. We discussed the needs/wants I had and he showed me a range of carpets and underlays. He was friendly, helpful listened well and straight up. His knowledge was brilliant and customer service amazing. He even managed to sort out next day delivery! His guys arrived on time and were also friendly and efficient.
They tidied up after themselves and were speedy and courteous. We love the new carpet and it's so plush and thick - perfect. Thank you all of you. Sargeant Carpets are an absolute pleasure to work with. Fair and clear pricing with high quality products. Made the mistake of going to a high street name in the past (never again). The quality of materials used by Sargeant Carpets offer is significantly better and a much better service too. Most importantly, the communication was spot on - it was clear when everything was going to be fitted and they were very flexible, no pressure to do the whole house in one go.

I have been using Sargeant Carpets for many years, as I always like to use local companies if at all possible, and have never been disappointed with their service and professionalism. I recently needed a new carpet for our hallway and with Craig Sargeant's assistance we were able to select exactly what we wanted and his advice proved invaluable. Amazing service yet again from Craig Sargent. 3rd time over the yrs we've had the whole house done (2 different houses). Sergeant Carpets fitted out my property 8 years ago and the carpet is still in great condition. The service then was fantastic. He has now completely carpeted my mothers property and yet again the service Craig gave and the fitters provided was second to none.
