Keri qualified to become a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and registered valuer specialising in land, residential and commercial real estate brokerage & consultancy in 1998. She established Dobson-Grey in 2007 following extensive experience with international consultancy firms and national housebuilders.
This was the first development project of this nature we had been involved in - and we it was thanks to the support of Dobson-Grey that we were able to achieve our development objective. As with many projects there are unforeseen challenges and it was only with the support of our partners Dobson-Grey that we were able to overcome these, through the provision of advice, effective project management and an aligned commitment to deliver.
The Surveying & Planning Administration Coordinator role is to assist and support the Valuation and Planning Teams with the coordination of valuations and planning submissions. It is a very varied role and passion for property particularly residential, healthcare and education is essential.
