Absolutely fantastic service from the start with a professional and welcoming nature which made applying for jobs a really easy and enjoyable process.

I have worked with Prospect Personnel serveral times in the past and have always had successful placements due to their keen eye to detail and responsiveness during the recruitment process. This will enable any candidate to interview and apply for the most suitable job to their skill set and have a uch higher chance of success.
Personally I have worked extensively with Sharon who is always more than happy to help and answer any questions you have even after the placement has been made. This is of course a quality lacking with most recruitment agencies unfortunately but certainly not Prospect Personel

Prospect were fantastic supporting me with my job search. I initially spoke with Sarah as I was looking for a perm role but Sharon also got in touch to support me. Within a few days I was temping for a wonderful company whilst also receiving for calls from Sarah about perm roles. Prospect really offer a personal service and do their very best to help!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Prospect Personnel to anyone who is in the market for new employment. From beginning of my search to securing a new job in a fairly short period of time, they were excellent. They understood what I wanted, even when I wasn't entirely sure myself after finding myself looking for employment, unexpectedly, feeling that I needed a change of direction.
