Our front-end design studies include outline designs based on the client's requirements, a feasibility assessment (including spatial planning and utility requirements) and preliminary cost plans or estimated budget pricing.The front-end designs, or preliminary designs provided by the client or third parties, can be developed by the ICC team into fully detailed designs ready for construction along with fixed prices.

ICC's experienced project management team will ensure that projects of all sizes and constraints are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. The requirement to manufacture, store and distribute food products via cost effective, energy efficient and environmentally friendly methods is a constant challenge to the industry. What was once a simple choice of refrigerants and equipment has evolved, in order to meet environmental challenges, into a vast range of refrigerant blends and emerging equipment technologies.
At the heart of the system is the Air-Handling Unit (AHU) which delivers the air to the facility and, often, exhausts or recirculates the air from the facility. AHU's can range from a simple Fan & Filter arrangement, up to a complex full function AHU providing Heating/Cooling/Dehumidification/Humidification and 3 Stage filtration, including HEPA filtration.
Air Conditioning (AC) and Mechanical Heat Recovery Ventilation (MHRV) systems have become a standard solution for the ventilation and temperature control of new or re-fitted facilities of all types. Air Conditioning systems ensure that minimum and maximum room temperatures are controlled in accordance with legislative and recommended requirements.
