It all began back in 1986 when the first branch of Contract Components Ltd opened for business in Enfield. Twenty years later that branch is the headquarters of CCL Veloduct and has been joined by another twenty one branches and three major production plants in a manufacturing and distribution network that covers the UK from the south coast of England to the north of Scotland.
A complete range of Phenolic Strip products to meet the need for structural insulation at duct suspension points for both rectangular and circular ductwork is now available from all CCL Veloduct branches. Unlike wood these products have a reinforced foil facing thus making joining & vapour sealing simplicity itself.
Now available from CCL Veloduct is new Tecstrip Flat Phenolic Insulating Strip. This CFC free environmentally friendly product, offers a "green" solution to the requirement for structural insulation where rectangular ducts are supported on overhead hangars and brackets. Manufactured in class 'O' rated fire resistant, high density structural phenolic foam, the new CCL range is fully tested to the requirements of BS 476.
