Cadworks, the 30 million development by @forepartnership set to be one of the most sustainable in Scotland, has secured its first tenant. Law firm TLT has taken the 10,000 sq ft top floor at the Grade A office building in Glasgow. Hunterston PARC, owned by @PeelPorts, has signed an option agreement with a sustainable energy sector company that would result in the creation of 900 permanent jobs at the Ayrshire site.

Commercial vehicle hire provider Redde Northgate, represented by our Industrial Agency team, has taken a lease of Unit 12A, Peterseat Park, Altens in Aberdeen. The property has been let on a 10 year lease with a break option at year 5.
