A Man and Van is literally where it all started. 1 man and 1 van. The company was formed 6 years by the founder and owner, Barry Wheeler. Through hard work and endeavour, a can do attitude and first and foremost, putting good customer service at the heart of everything, the company has grown from 1 man to a highly skilled and dedicated team and a fleet of vehicles capable of serving all your needs.
We pride ourselves on delivering a first class, professional home and office removals service. Regardless of the size of move or location, we'll handle everything to ensure your move is performed diligently and with mimimum stress. We'll perform a free, no obligation pre-move survey at your property to assess all your needs and requirements.
When you contact us, we will arrange for a visit to your property, this first visit is important to establish a plan for your removal date. We will discuss any special requirements and needs to ensure your move goes smoothly. Our Surveyor will look at your items and will work out a volume required for the move, we will include items stored in other areas of the house, such as garages, sheds and lofts.
Whatever your requirements, we provide a comprehensive home and garden clearance service. We specialise in rapid response property clearances. We work with a number of commercial clients, solicitors and councils, clearing single items to entire estates; no job is too big or too small! We hold a waste carriers licence and we are fully insured.
