Booked a taxi for festival pick up. Didn't bother to turn up, even though was OK to drop off there... rang office was told it was cancelled, lies no phone signal in the middle of a field to cancel. Never again and will not recommend.
In response driver who dropped us off, did not accept the £50 for the return fee, and said just to give it to the driver on pick up.
