Critical: Professionalism
One of your lovely vans was sitting in the fast lane at 55-60mph on the M1 this afternoon blocking traffic and refused to move over even when flashed even though the middle lane was empty! I had to undertake the guy who proceeded to then speed up to try and cut me off! Horrific road manners!
