As an independent practice we provide treatment for children under the NHS and private treatment for adults and children. Our surgery is fully accessible for disabled and wheelchair patients. Whilst undergoing orthodontic treatment here at the practice it is ultimately your own/your parent's responsibility to continue to see your dentist for your regular check-ups.

Good service and kind staff, the place is well organised, however the timings for your appointment are a bit odd and sometimes unpractical, but apart from that it’s a good place, recommend 99% I’ve had my braces for 7 years now and taking them off today, they have been really kind to me and the staff are really nice too, you can have a good chat with them if you wanna. When they took my braces off- they did it with care and precaution, however one of the assistance were a bit rude when taking my impressions,

This Orthodontist is amazing . I have been treated by Phillipa and her lovely orthodontist therapist , Kayleigh . I have had the best care possible throughout the time my braces were on, nothing has ever been too much trouble .
The end result way exceeded my expectations and I now have the smile I always dreamed of.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, so if you are looking for an orthodontist these are definitely the ones to use .

I had my braces done at Grove House Orthodontics, I had them on for roughly 2 years and the service provided was very professional. Their commitment and wellbeing to patients is their upmost of importance and I would definitely recommend Grove House to friends and family. I’m very happy with my smile now and feel the attention to detail with getting my teeth perfect was brilliant.

In the three years our daughter has been receiving treatment at Grove House it has been of the highest quality. On several occasions the reception staff have been incredibly helpful when, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to contact them. Well done and thank you for your continued support.

I have had some very bad experiences with members of staff and reception of Grove House Orthodontist. Regardless to the fact I am happy with the way my teeth now look after having my brace the lack of care through out my visits have been appalling. There have been times where my brace has been done incorrectly and caused excruciating pain with staff leaving the wires to long etc. I have even been told to cut the end of my own wire as it was causing pain. The receptionist are extremely rude and almost quite unbelievable with the way they talk to there clients and expect people to make arrangements

I have three daughters who are all going through different stages of having braces at Grove House Orthodontics. The first of my three daughters started approximately 3 years ago and has had hers out, second daughter due to having hers out and my last daughter only just having had it fitted. I have to say that over the last 3 years and now the service I receive here is excellent and still is. Considering they are a busy practice and cover a large area, they should be commended for their service. The Orthodontists themselves are lovely and explain things really clearly. The reception girls are always

Receptionists are rude and get a thrill out of telling you they cannot see your child if you are late. They then book you an appointment for three months times and ensures the entire room can hear what they are saying. No discretion at all and they do not seem to have a duty of care for your childs teeth in my opinion. Moreover they may treat certain patients different to others but this is the experience my child and myself has had to endure at least twice now. I've had to change my childs orthodontics in mid treatment, but it was the best decision I made.
