I visited this garage after just moving into the area and finding that someone had just reversed into the side of my car (and couldn't open the passenger door). People offer customer service but this man takes it to a whole level out of this world!!! From the very start I was welcomed with his team working outside! He took time to listen, engage and had passion for not only his work but more so for the customer. I shall be recommending whenever I can and would advise everyone who is in need of the car repair services to visit! Thank you for your help much appreciated <3

Took a car for some minor stone chips on bonnet and bumper. Fish eyes (small dents)left all over bonnet after it was painted. Was told not to look at the bonnet in light/sun and at different angles. Fast forward 3 months later all the lacquer has peeled off the bonnet and bumper. Paid 600 for the worse job in the history of me owning a car and what looked better then before it went into the bodyshop for the 'repair' disappointed and left out of pocket. Avoid!

After a small accident on my 13 year old Mitsubishi Colt I called in at Blades on Walkey Lane Heckmondwike to ask for help.
I was attended to immediately at around 11am on Monday they checked the availability of a replacement rear light fitting which was available and ordered there and then.
I was asked to phone them at lunch time on the following day (Tuesday) to check on it's arrival which I did and arranged to call in at 3pm. The item was fitted and tested within 10 minutes.
Excellent service from a friendly Family Team.
