Services
EasyPallets can save you money and time on your pallet collections and deliveries. After a certain weight or volume, parcel couriers can become very expensive as are direct freight vehicles when carrying small consignments. EasyPallets is also the perfect partner for larger consignments, heavy goods or full and part loads as our sister company also operates a fleet of heavy goods vehicles from 3.5 tonne to 44 tonne articulated vehicles.
All our vehicles are regularly serviced but breakdowns and incidents do happen. If anything untoward should happen, we do try to keep you informed until your pallet is collected/delivered. Although it may seem a little confusing, by offering the different pallet sizes, we can offer you the best possible rate for delivering your pallet.
All goods collected or delivered by us MUST be placed on a pallet. However, we appreciate not everyone has access to empty pallets and this is why if you don't have a pallet, then we can help. For an additional 10 plus VAT we can arrange for a pallet to be supplied to you upon collection of your goods.

Please read this review before dealing with this horrible company. I had my first big order as a start-up business and decided to deliver my goods in a pallet, as it was a large quantity. Unfortunately, my pallet got lost, and the communication was very bad from the company. After I refunded my customer, Easypallets contacted me that they found my pallet and will be returning the goods to me. Meaning they would not compensate me (I paid for a £2500 insurance cover) and a huge loss of my first big customer. My goods arrived all dirty and damaged packages on the pallet. Nothing good to say about this company, lack of communication, driver lazy slob wouldn’t move a muscle to try load the pallet with engine, because small patch of grass which I wasn’t informed he will need to use pump truck, so I went out and purchased sheet wood to solve the problem, then driver told me he will come back the same day, receive message saying he will collect the next day because office said so, so I booked of work again in the middle of the COVID pandemic to get told he will be here Friday afternoon, waited all Friday nothing no messages no emails apart from he will be here Friday

Booked a next day pallet collection after 5pm and the goods were collected and delivered the next day without issue. I spoke to easypallet on the phone to confirm the collection after booking online and they were very professional, great customer service at a good price. I will definitely use there services again.
