From the very first communication with Mark, we realised how professional and organised he was and it gave us an indication of how he would manage the property throughout our contract. He would send regular newsletters about how to look after the property or what to do in case there was an emergency. He was very communicative with us and he also passed everything on to the owner of the property for feedback.
