quote not honoured on my last service disappointing as a returning customer. Also since found out my pollen filter wasn't replaced despite being charged for the labour...
Did receive a refund though but not really an apology. Just felt like I had been an awkward customer !

To be honest I'm slightly biased in regard to this garage, but they are great at helping people at any time, but I've found more so in an emergency. A good bunch of lads, with Wattie the boss at present and John that runs the place. John will be taking over after Wattie retired in the very near future. I can't fault the commitment the lads have.
