I recently bought a property with Hamlet Homes. The whole process went very very smoothly. I was kept informed regularly, and Andy was always on hand to answer any questions that I had. I was very impressed by Hamlet Homes - they are professional and quick to respond. I would highly recommend using Hamlet Homes for selling and buying a property.

Would highly recommend Hamlet Homes, I haven't had any issues with them from start to finish. They respond to emails and everything is straightforward. Their fault reporting and repair is perfect - if there is a fault with a property, it won't take them long to get it fixed. I would say their service is flawless, I have no complaints.

Fantastic. I have been using Hamlet for over 3 years, Andy and Manoj have been brilliant. They are renting out 5 houses for me in Warrington and they have exceeded all expectations. They have been an excellent lettings agent and I know that my tenants have been happy with their service too. Having dealt with every agency in Warrington whilst viewing over 100 properties in the area Hamlet have hands down been the best. If you are a landlord or tenant then you should have no issues with them.

We have been with Hamlet Homes Warrington for many years now and they have been solely responsible for the letting and general maintenance of our property for all of that period. The staff at Hamlet Homes have always been most helpful and understanding. They have a large range of property to choose from and make sure that they are well maintained. I've spoken with the owner and his son a few times over the years and both are very approachable and understanding, they understand that times are hard right now and are always willing to listen and help if they can. Their positive attitude is also displayed by the staff would are just as helpful.

These guys are the absolute "best in class" in lettings. Whether it's a small or a big job or finding me a property with very demanding specifications, it just seems that they put every ounce of passion they have for real estate into it. I've dealt with Andy many times and he is very knowledgeable and 100% loves what he does and is so professional in the way he gets back to you and goes out of his way to get what it is you want.
