Bunch of disorganised thieves! Do not touch these with a barge pole. Billed me for damage to a hire car even though I had never seen the damage, but the damage also magically costs the entire excess, yet I had actually been uninsured on the car for 5 days before they picked it up because they threatened to report the car as stolen if I used it but they messed up collecting it. Followed the appeals process and hear nothing back. Joke of a company who couldn't organise a kids party in Disney! Thieves Thieves Thieves Thieves

We had a problem on Friday afternoon with a van needed to tow a mobile climbing tower to a scouting event for 220 people. Just on the off-chance that they were able to help, I phoned Car 2 U and they were brilliant, sorted something out for me and were incredibly helpful. Brilliant service and would definitely use them again if I need anything!
