I am not sure of the ladies name who served us in the mens hire department but her knowledge and expertise was second to none. she is polite professional and so knowledgeable about every item. A great experience in a traditioal family run menswear shop. Thank you for making our experience a pleasurable one and I cant wait to see my son, fiance and his best man all suited and booted on the day x

What can I say, Helen was amazing from the word go, even though I completely changed my suit at what was almost the last minute, she kept her cool and supported all the date changes due to the pandemic.
Helen was very accommodating and made you feel welcome from the moment you walked into the shop to the moment you dropped your suit off post event. Even down to the checking the pockets on suit return to ensure nothing had been left.
I wish her all the best for her future venture taking the suit hire business forward.

Got measured and fitted with a good quality hire suit in shop( for a Black tie event) and was told I could collect it a couple of days before my event, but when I went to put the suit on a couple hours before going out I noticed it was a completely different suit a cheaper suit and it didn't fit me like the one I tried on in the shop, I felt uncomfortable all night, so please be aware and make sure you get the suit that you was fitted with.

Based only on my visit yesterday (27 March 2018).
I entered the shop which I have visited previously and been completely satisfied with the shopping experience.
Today however when I arrived, the female assistant was serving and talking to another customer. Alterations to the window display were taking place and 3 men, at least one of whom appeared to be staff, were involved with this. I needed assistance to purchase so stood waiting for a while, before having a look around the shop and then returning to wait. No-one even acknowledged my presence. The customer before me had now been served but
