Well that has cheered me up !! I just called this lot to pay around £700 on behalf of my fencing contractor. I said who's account it was on, he asked what I was having and I replied 'whatever my Contractor has ordered' he then reeled off the items to which I said yes that is it only for him to say 'ODD ORDER', taken a bit aback I said what do you mean 'ODD' which I had to repeat a few times, a perfectly civil question you would think being the customer, at which point he told me he didnt want to talk to me and put the phone down. I called straight back and said why did you put the phone down and
