When we were looking for someone to clean, reproof and repair our waxed riding coat we were anxious to find a reputable service which we could trust and know that we would get the coat back in good order. We are so pleased that we chose Butlerz- the service was spot on. It was completed in the time stated and at a reasonable cost.
The dry cleaning process is used to clean fabrics that would otherwise degrade in water and to treat delicate fabrics that cannot withstand the rough and tumble of a washing machine and clothes dryer. If I could give a zero I would. A year ago my partner sent two wax jackets in for a cleaning and rewaxing - one was mine, the other his. His came back with no problems. Mine just did not come back. The owner sent the wrong jacket - mine was an XS navy knee-length, the one I received was black, floor length, and way too large, a M or L maybe? Nigel told us that he didn't have my jacket and that it was our fault for putting it down wrong on the forms. Who wouldn't check the jackets against the forms for error when arriving? He accepted NO responsibility for losing my jacket (if he did indeed lose

I requested washing and ironing for 1 emperor duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases – cost £27.60 which is a bit expensive but why not try. They came to pick-up on Monday and dropped off following Monday.
When unfolding the sheets to put them on bed, all the elements are stained. On white sheets this is very obvious. Stains are: freckles, dirt, earth, and faint yellow. I email Butlerz one, two, three times, no answer, and call one, two, three times, no answer. In the meantime I wash everything again in the hope the stains go as this is a brand new bed set. I keep emailing every day

This is the worse company ever, DO NOT USE THEM, TOLD could use a ten pound voucher when when went to pay said could not as it was a special cleaning job. The coat was RUINED all the black dye from the suede came through the gold coloured lining and turned it black. When you phone NIGEL all he does is put the phone down on you, and lie. He refuses to accept any responsibility and will not even try to make amends or explain how this could have happened.
