Going into business can be compared to a mountaineering expedition, the idea, the excitement, the unknown, the commitment! You need equipment, a strong team, expertise, obstacles to overcome. Where as we act as 'accountants', for most of our clients we also act as business advisors and mentors. As a result of the type of service we provide, we tend to get very close to our clients often advising on such diverse aspects as employment law, IT management, accounting and general business planning and business growth.
Our objective is to complete our clients annual accounts within three months of their year end. As with all accountancy practices Parker & Co are able to prepare financial statements of sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, charities, other businesses and institutions and calculate the tax liabilities thereon.
Proper tax planning can and very often does provide reductions in tax liabilities. Any proprietor or managing director should be looking into the future as to its tax liabilities and what to do about them. It is almost certainly the case that where no tax planning is carried out at all, a business will be parting with more tax than it need do.
Parker & Co offer a complete payroll bureau service. We take the burden of payroll preparation and submission of RTI returns, including providing employees with weekly / monthly payslips and end of year returns. Our payroll service is tailored to your individual needs, just provide us with your employee information and we do the rest.
