Established in 2018, Avrenim Group was set up to control three specialist areas of service delivery, Facilities Management, Projects & Refurbishments, Consultancy and Advice, to provide services to customers in Merseyside and the North West. Avrenim have now completed two major ward refurbishments at the hospital, both under very difficult conditions and timescales that most thought were impossible.
The back up and support they have offered has been hugely appreciated and will always be remembered. The Trust also used the consultancy services offered by Avrenim to project manage a variety of medical gas, nurse call and Mechanical Projects. Once the contract had ended, Avrenim's consultants offered support and guidance whenever it was asked for.

We are based in Merseyside, serving predominantly in and around the North West. While we are proud to be seen as a local SME, we act and operate as a main contractor, competing for work with the big international FM and Construction providers, providing services, local employment, local supply chain and supporting the local community through our charitable donations and volunteering.

Our Core competence is hard FM (building fabric and M&E maintenance) but we also provide energy management, grounds maintenance, specialist cleaning, capital & refurbishment project management and helpdesk services as in many situations our customers bundle such services into a hard FM contract.
